ErinAbigail Talarico B.S. CPT
Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor

Abby grew up in Lawrenceburg, Indiana, a small city just outside Cincinnati, Ohio where she found her enthusiasm for being physically fit and active from the very start. She discovered her passion for running at the age of six when she participated in her first 5K race. Abby played a number of competitive sports throughout high school including, varsity soccer, swimming, tennis and track. She was also very involved with her travel club soccer team. After several knee injuries, she made the difficult decision to discontinue playing competitively and to focus more on her studies. Abby attended Indiana University – Bloomington for four years and graduated in May of 2009 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology, majoring in Exercise Science with minors in Coaching and Psychology. While attending Indiana, Abby was certified by the American Council on Exercise as a Personal Trainer. During the summer of 2008 Abby served as a volunteer coach for her high school soccer team. During the past several years she has participated in numerous 5K, 10K and mini-marathon races. She is also certified as a Senior Fitness Instructor.

She is very excited to be with the Kachmann Mind Body Institute. She plans to pursue additional certifications relative to fitness, health and wellness. Her goal is to make a positive impact in people’s lives.
